Your project selection and customization information for your project is required at the time of registration. For customized projects, please be sure to check your spelling and information. This is necessary to ensure your project stencil and materials will be ready for your class. Projects can not be changed during class/workshop. Registration closes one week prior to class date.
Class Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable. Registration cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of a class will be granted a class credit for a future class.
Due to staffing, we reserve the right to cancel workshops if attendance is below 4 attendees.
I release Rustic Charm from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during any class or workshop. By agreeing to these policies, I agree to hold Rustic Charm entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied, for any reason, we are happy to make an exchange or refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless there has been an error in producing a custom piece, orders that are personalized can not be cancelled and are not returnable.
Please return items within 14 days of receipt in new and unused condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless Rustic Charm made an error in shipping.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
